  • We Guarantee every item we sell to be 100% authentic as described to the best of our knowledge.
  • All works are extensively researched and are provided with a detailed description.
  • All of our artwork comes directly from highly respected Fine Art Galleries, Dealers, Auction Houses (Christie's, Sotheby's, etc), and from individual artist's.
  • A Certificate of Authenticity is provided on all artwork we sell.
  • Reference sources quoted, refer to standard illustrated and annotated catalogues for the artists or bibliography concerning the works of art.
  • Imperial Fine Art is a licensed and registered company with over ten years experience in the fine art business and has earned a valued reputation as honest and reliable dealers in fine art. We understand the importance of purchasing fine art and want all our customers to feel comfortable and confident with their purchase.
  • A Justification du Tirage or Colophon will be provided if stated in the Description. This Original Certificate of Authenticity usually states the edition number and edition size. Other details may also be present as published.
  • Packaging or other inclusion, that is part of an item, will be provided if stated in the Description.
  • In some circumstances, a replacement item or exchanges (as available) may be considered at our discretion.

  • We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express).
  • We also accept Paypal. Our Paypal address is imperialfineart@aol.com, Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, Personal Checks (time to clear) is required, and Bank Wire Transfers (with prior agreement). Buyer is responsible for associated costs.
  • All prices and quotes are stated in US Dollars. An Invoice will be provided on any and all purchases.
  • All payments are subject to the terms and conditions of the payment method provider.
  • Sales tax of 7% will be charged for Florida residents only or as applicable by law.
  • Import duty and/or excise tax is not usually applicable in the USA. For overseas and other shipments, please contact your local authority.
  • We also offer our Premiere Payment Plan. This Premiere Payment Plan consists of either a 2, 3, or 4 Month No Interest Layaway/Payment Plan. A 50% non-refundable down payment is required, and the outstanding balance to be paid within the agreed Premiere Payment Plan schedule. If payments are not received within the required time period, the sale will be cancelled and the artwork will be offered to other clients. Please contact us for further information.

Shipping Methods
We ship anywhere in the world! For shipping quotes please inquire.
  • We offer Domestic & International Shipping, professionally packaged, and fully insured.
  • Works sold in or shipped to the state of Florida are subject to 7% sales tax.
  • We process our orders in the order in which they are received. Please allow 5 - 10 business days for delivery. Express and/or Overnight shipping are available if applicable.
  • We usually ship via UPS, Fedex, Craters & Freighters, or by other carriers able to supply a tracking number.
  • Shipping and Insurance is subject to the carrier's terms, conditions and availability. Loss and damage insurance is available on all shipments.
  • Shipment is inspected for condition and accuracy prior to shipping.
  • We package and ship as suitable for each item and using standard sizes.
  • In the unlikely event that there is a problem with the condition of your shipment, please contact us immediately upon receipt. Keep all of the original packaging and paperwork. We have an excellent shipping record but include this information just in case. We will provide specific instructions to you in an event of damage, insurance claim, or return, as necessary.
  • We are not responsible for Shipping and Insurance circumstances that are beyond our control.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please return the item for a full refund (Internet purchases only). Buyer is responsible for shipping and insurance costs when returning an item. Buyer must contact us within 2 days from receipt of merchandise. All merchandise must be returned to us within 5 business days or refund will not be issued. All Artwork must be returned in the same condition as it was when mailed to the buyer and all accompanying documentation must be returned as well, or refund will not be issued. In some circumstances, a replacement item or exchanges (as available) may be considered at our discretion.
